General terms and conditions and hotel regulations
Article 1 - DEFINITIONS

Plopsa Hotel: Plopsa Hotel NV, with registered office at 8660 De Panne, De Pannelaan 68, company number BE0691.787.865;

Hotel Guest: the person staying at the Plopsa Hotel or visiting the Plopsa Hotel on an occasional basis;
-
Manager on Duty/Hotel Manager (hereinafter "Hotel Manager"): the manager in the Plopsa Hotel with final responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel;
-
Hotel Regulations: the present regulations applicable to all Hotel Guests;
-
Groups: Hotel guests staying at the Plopsa Hotel as part of formal and/or informal events, with a minimum purchase of 10 rooms;
-
No-show: the non-appearance of the Hotel Guest without cancellation;
-
Corkage and Kitchen Fee: The amount due for consuming drinks and/or food not provided by Plopsa Hotel at Plopsa Hotel.
Article 2 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Plopsa Hotel is located on private property. The following arrangements are intended to ensure that all Hotel guests have a fantastic, worry-free stay.
The rules are based on courtesy, safety, respect for others and the environment.
Every Hotel Guest is expected to know and abide by the Hotel Regulations. The Hotel Regulations are available at Plopsa Hotel reception and on the website. Every Hotel Guest who enters the Plopsa Hotel unconditionally agrees to the Hotel Rules and must behave accordingly.
The Hotel Manager has the right to ban from entering the Plopsa Hotel any Hotel Guest who appears to pose a danger to the safety and health of those present (drunkenness, disorder, ...). Failure to comply with these regulations will result in a request to leave the Plopsa Hotel. In this case, the stay will not be refunded. In the event of repeated problems, access to the Plopsa Hotel may be permanently denied.
Article 3 - RATES
The services and rates are freely determined by Plopsa Hotel, which reserves the right to change them. Rates can be consulted on the Plopsa Hotel website.
The prices reflected on the website do not include tourist tax. This is always separated from the room price and invoiced directly to the Hotel Guest, even if its introduction was not yet concrete at the time of booking. Any such tax imposed by the municipality is the sole responsibility of the Hotel Guest and cannot under any circumstances be recovered from Plopsa Hotel.
Article 4 - TERMS OF SALE
Prices and any discounts will be fixed in writing between the two parties.
Reservations must be made by a person aged 18 or over. Minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel without being accompanied by an adult. An exception may be allowed if a written consent can be presented from the parents or guardian at the time of check-in.
The balance due must be paid immediately upon booking.
If no prepayment was made because the deadline was too short, the outstanding balance must be paid at check-in. In this case, Plopsa Hotel also reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Article 5 - GROUPS AND COMPANIES
Discounts may be granted to groups by written agreement between Plopsa Hotel and the Group or company. The final number of Hotel Guests will be communicated to Plopsa Hotel at least one week before arrival. The stated number is binding for the settlement of the hotel bill.
The goods or services are invoiced to the extent of their original order, even if only partially consumed.
Own purchasing conditions of the Hotel Guest/Group cannot be opposed to Plopsa Hotel. Any deviation from these Hotel Regulations must be made in writing.
The cancellation conditions described below in Article 6 do not apply to group arrangements and B2B prices. In this case, the cancellation conditions are stated on the offer and/or order forms.
The payment period of the invoice issued by Plopsa Hotel is 8 calendar days from invoice date.
In the event of non-payment of the invoice on the due date, an interest on arrears of 12% per annum shall be payable ipso jure and without notice of default being required. The invoice amount will also be increased by 15% of the unpaid invoice amount, with a minimum of € 62.00, by way of conventional or lump-sum damages. Furthermore, any late payment of a single invoice by Plopsa Hotel will entitle it to suspend all services of any kind that are still in progress. If necessary, Plopsa Hotel may invoke the right of rescission. These decisions may be taken by operation of law and without notice of default. All goods belonging to the Hotel Guest that are in the Plopsa Hotel will be retained as further security for the payment of the amounts due.
Any protest regarding the invoice or regarding the goods delivered or services performed must be communicated in writing to Plopsa Hotel no later than eight days after receipt of the invoice. Any complaints must be duly justified.
If an invoice is to be drawn up for an amount less than €50.00, an administration fee of €5.00 will be charged.
Article 6 - CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
When making the reservation, it is possible to choose the cancellation option. An amount equivalent to €5.00 per person per night will be charged for this. It is not possible to add Plopsa's cancellation option to your reservation after making it.
In this way, the cancellation of the reservation, subject to valid and substantiated reasons, is always completely free of charge, except for the cost mentioned above.

I have chosen Plopsa's cancellation option and wish to cancel
In this case, cancellation can be made free of charge if an official document can be presented with the reason for cancellation within 14 days of cancellation. The following events qualify for this:-
Death, illness or accident of the insured, life partner or a family member up to the 2nd degree;

Serious, unexpected complications during pregnancy;
-
Dismissal or withdrawal of leave;
-
Retake exam on day of stay;
-
Divorce or de facto separation;
-
Occupational call-up (military, police, healthcare personnel, etc.);
-
Severe, material damage (fire, storm damage, flooding, etc. ) to the immovable property;
-
Home- or carjacking;
-
Convocation for the adoption of a child;
-
Convocation for an organ transplant of the insured, the life partner or a family member up to the 2e degree.
In the event of a holiday interruption due to one of the above-mentioned substantiated reasons, the sum paid will be reimbursed in proportion to the number of nights not used, counting from the day of early return.
Both in the event of a cancellation in advance and in the event of a holiday interruption during the stay at Plopsa Hotel, the Hotel Guest must notify Plopsa Hotel in writing (by letter or e-mail at info@plopsahotel.be) of the reason for the cancellation or holiday interruption
within 14 days of the cancellation or holiday interruption. The Hotel Guest shall indicate the reservation number and his/her name and also attach an official document to the letter to substantiate one of the above reasons.
In the event of a no-show, if no timely notification is given or if none of the above-mentioned justified reasons can be proven, 100% of the amount due will be charged as a cancellation fee.

I have not chosen Plopsa's cancellation option and wish to cancel.
If you did not choose to add Plopsa's cancellation option when making the reservation, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your reservation. It is not possible to add Plopsa's cancellation option to your reservation after making it.
Article 7 - NO SHOW
In case of no-show, the Hotel Guest is obliged to pay the reservation value in all cases. From exceeding the first night, the room will be released for the rest of the stay. If your reservation is changed, the general principle is to inform Plopsa Hotel in writing/by e-mail before arrival.
Article 8 - SUPPLEMENTS BENEFITS
Children of all ages are welcome.
For children aged 0-3 years, there is a surcharge for the use of a cot. The use of a cot of your own is also allowed.
For children aged 4-12, an extra supplementary bed can be placed in the room. Please note that the extra bed can only be placed in the suites and is provided by Plopsa Hotel itself. Providing your own extra beds is prohibited.
Cot and supplementary bed rates can be obtained from Plopsa Hotel reception. The extra bed must be requested at least one week before the scheduled arrival date to the Hotel Manager who will approve the request according to availability.
Article 9 - CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Upon arrival, guests must first register at reception. Being able to present proof of identity is compulsory for all Hotel guests staying at Plopsa Hotel. If no valid ID can be presented, access to the hotel will be refused. Hotel guests under 18 years of age, not accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult, must present a dated and signed consent from their parents or a responsible adult.
Registration at the Plopsa Hotel is possible as early as 10 am on the day of arrival. The room itself is available from 4 pm at the earliest on the day of arrival.
Defects and damages will be reported by Hotel guests upon entry. If you do not inform the reception in time, they will be deemed to have been made by the Hotel Guest.
The hotel room must be vacated no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure. In case of late check-out from 11:00 onwards, Plopsa Hotel may charge a supplement for this:

Until 12:00: + € 20.00 per person

Until 14:00: + € 40.00 per person

From 14:00: daily rate per person
If the Hotel Guest wishes to occupy the hotel room longer, this must always be requested from the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.
Article 10 - PRE-AUTHORISATION
The Hotel Guest will provide a credit card when making the reservation or at the time of check-in, the details of which will be recorded by Plopsa Hotel. Credit cards will be authorised at check-in to cover additional charges in the amount of €250.00 per room.
For debit cards, an amount of €250.00 per room will be deducted at check-in as a deposit.
A deposit of at least €250.00 per room is also required for groups and companies.
If the Hotel Guest does not make the payment within the agreed period, or makes use of Plopsa Hotel facilities (e.g. bar, restaurant, etc.) that are not declared at check-out, Plopsa Hotel will be entitled to deduct or deduct these via credit card from the deposit paid.
Article 11 - MONEY AND PAYMENTS
Banknotes of €100.00, €200.00 and €500.00 are only accepted at the reception desk.
Change should be checked immediately at the checkout. No complaints about this will be accepted afterwards.
The following currencies are accepted: EURO.
Other accepted methods of payment include: debit cards, Maestro, Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, Carte Bleue International, vouchers and Plops coin.
Article 12 - GIFT VOUCHERS / VALUE VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be extended, returned, paid out or replaced.
There are two types of gift vouchers:
GIFT VOUCHER WITH A CERTAIN VALUE:
The amount of the gift voucher must be redeemed at once. No money will be refunded. Making a reservation is only possible directly with the hotel, via telephone, e-mail or website. If the Hotel Guest books with a gift voucher, the gift voucher number must be passed on to verify the authenticity of the voucher. Payment with the gift voucher is made at the hotel reception.
GIFT VOUCHER FOR A PARTICULAR PACKAGE:
The package mentioned on the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for another package. Making a reservation is only possible directly with the hotel, via telephone, e-mail or website. If the hotel guest books with a gift voucher, the gift voucher number must be passed on to verify the authenticity of the voucher. Payment with the gift voucher is made at the hotel reception.
Article 13 - PARKING (Above-ground Parking 1 and Underground Parking)
A parking ticket for the above-ground car park 1 is included in the price for an overnight stay.
A parking ticket for the underground car park is included in the price of a suite.
Plopsa Hotel is not liable for accidents occurring in the car parks, as well as theft, and all possible damages of any kind.
It is forbidden to wash the car or carry out works of any kind in the car parks.
The use of snow chains is STRONGLY prohibited. Any damage that would occur when using them will be charged in full to the relevant Hotel guest.
Plopsa Hotel reserves the right to have the cars moved if the Hotel Guest uses a space other than the designated space. This includes cars parked outside the signed parking spaces that obstruct traffic, as well as cars parked in reserved spaces or parked for more than one month without a written agreement from the Hotel Manager.
The Hotel Guest shall comply with the verbal instructions of the designated staff.
The maximum speed is limited to 15km/h. Everyone is obliged to comply with the indicated traffic direction as well as other regulations.
If an accident occurs in the car parks, care should be taken not to impede traffic in any way.
In case of stationary traffic inside the underground car park, the engine should be switched off immediately.
In the underground car park, the Hotel Guest shall switch on the dipped-beam headlamps of his car both during the day and at night, irrespective of the strength of the interior lighting, during the entire duration in which he drives around in the underground car park.
The maximum height for vehicles in the underground car park is 2m15.
It is strictly forbidden to display or beg advertising leaflets or other documents without prior agreement from the Hotel Manager.
Only vehicles with an official number plate and valid insurance are allowed in the car park.
The car park of the Plopsa Hotel is paying for non overnight Hotel guests (e.g. seminar participants). The parking rate can be consulted on the Plopsa Hotel website.
It is forbidden for several vehicles to pass under the barrier at the same time.
Camping, barbecuing and/or picnicking are not allowed in the car parks.
Every vehicle should be properly locked and it is forbidden to leave valuables visible.
No children and/or pets may be left in the vehicle. In case of infringement, the competent services will be notified to free the children and/or pets. The costs associated with their release will be charged to the offender.
In case of violation of any of the above provisions, the competent services will be notified. Any associated costs will be borne by the Hotel Guest.
The car park facilities are exclusively for parking vehicles. Only Hotel Guests who have parked their vehicles there and Hotel Guests accompanying them are authorised to enter the car park.
Article 14 - GENERAL OBLIGATIONS FOR HOTEL GUESTS
All Hotel guests must observe morality and public tranquillity. No one shall be subjected to criticism by conduct, attitude or utterances.
Hotel guests should wear non-offensive and appropriate attire in the Plopsa Hotel. Hotel guests must be identifiable at all times. At least a shirt or T-shirt, bermuda shorts or skirt and footwear should be worn.
In the interest of Hotel guests and for security reasons, the following non-exhaustively listed acts are strictly prohibited:

Smoking in ALL areas of the Plopsa Hotel and in places where a smoking ban is posted. This also applies to electronic cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outside the Plopsa Hotel in the designated area. In case of violation of the smoking regulations, a cleaning fee of € 150.00 per established violation and per room will be charged. Infringements may be established by all Plopsa Hotel staff. Any breach will always be communicated immediately to the Hotel Guests;

Loud music systems to be brought inside the Plopsa Hotel;

Bringing or dealing in fireworks, weapons, knives and/or other explosive material into the Plopsa Hotel;

Bringing drugs into the Plopsa Hotel and/or consuming or dealing drugs in the Plopsa Hotel, as well as presenting oneself to the entrances of the Plopsa Hotel in a state of drug intoxication, or even attempting to incite others to use them;
-
Trade in the hotel, subject to any events after permission from the Hotel Manager;

Distribute or affix printed matter and similar notes, or conduct opinion polls without the prior written consent of the Hotel Manager;
-
Misappropriating or damaging objects belonging to Plopsa Hotel, to Plopsa Hotel staff or to other Hotel guests;
-
Harassing Hotel guests and/or preventing staff members of the Plopsa Hotel from performing or harassing their job, as well as expressing aggression towards other Hotel guests and/or the staff of the Plopsa Hotel;

Committing vandalism of any kind or engaging in gang activity on the premises of the Plopsa Hotel;
-
Hold meetings and/or make a speech, conduct propaganda, collect membership fees, conduct fundraising or offer items for free begging, exchange or sale on the premises of the Plopsa Hotel, without the prior written consent of the Hotel Manager;
-
Enter service areas or service roads, even if they happen to be unlocked;
-
Exhibiting dangerous behaviour to self and others;
-
Drones to take off or land on and around the Plopsa Hotel premises unless specific approval has been given.
Hotel guest should respect the night's rest for every hotel guest present. This means that there is silence in the corridors from 10pm onwards. The terrace on the 1st floor is accessible until 9pm. A maximum capacity of 20 people is allowed. From 10pm only noise disturbances are allowed in the hotel's bars.
Any Hotel Guest who commits an offence against the prohibitions listed in this article, as well as their accomplices, will be expelled from the Plopsa Hotel without any discussion and must pay compensation if necessary.
Hotel Guests who have been denied entry to the Plopsa Hotel cannot re-enter and are in no way entitled to any compensation. These Hotel Guests must immediately settle all outstanding amounts to the Plopsa Hotel, even if they have not consumed it.
Hotel Guests are personally responsible for any damage they cause to other Hotel Guests or to the facilities of the Plopsa Hotel through carelessness, error or negligence. Persons under escort are the sole responsibility of their escorts. Plopsa Hotel cannot be held liable for damages caused by other Hotel Guests.
The Plopsa Hotel reserves the right to deny the group access to the Plopsa Hotel in case of behaviour as named in the foregoing prohibitions.
The Hotel Guest who made the booking and those accompanying him or her are jointly and severally liable for all loss and/or damage that will occur to the Plopsa Hotel and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of their stay, regardless of whether it was caused by acts or omissions of themselves or third parties who are in the Plopsa Hotel through their actions as well as of all damage caused by any property in their possession.
The consumption, in moderation, of alcoholic beverages is allowed if purchased at the Plopsa Hotel.
Hotel guests should store their valuables in the room safe provided for this purpose. The hotel guest is responsible for his/her own belongings at all times.
Plopsa Hotel is not responsible for negligence of the hotel guest.
The Hotel Guest is aware that additional charges may be levied when using in-room telephony/printers. You can find these as per applicable rates at reception/web corner.
Hotel guests guilty of (attempted) theft will be denied access to the Plopsa Hotel or thrown out. No discussion is possible about this. In addition to the values of the stolen goods, damages may be imposed. The Hotel Manager reserves the right to lodge complaints with the competent authorities.
Hotel guests who have not used or left the room properly may be charged additional (cleaning) fees.
In the event of the death of a Hotel Guest at the Plopsa Hotel, the Hotel Guest's legal successors shall be liable for any (cleaning) costs incurred by the Plopsa Hotel as a result of the death.
Article 15 - FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure on the part of Plopsa Hotel De Panne exists in the following cases: if the implementation of the agreement is prevented in whole or in part, temporarily or otherwise, by circumstances beyond the control of Plopsa Hotel. This includes: danger of war, staff strikes, blockades, fire, floods, outbreak of a pandemic or other disruptions or events.
If the reservation cannot go ahead, the Hotel Guest will be notified as soon as possible and the deposit already paid will be refunded immediately. In doing so, Plopsa Hotel will not owe any compensation to the Hotel Guest, even if the reservation is cancelled only on the day of arrival at Plopsa Hotel.
In case of double booking, a suitable solution will be sought together with the Hotel Guest. Compensation may be provided in justified cases.
Article 16 - NETHERLANDS
Every Hotel Guest at Plopsa Hotel undertakes to behave in an environmentally friendly manner during their stay at Plopsa Hotel and/or at the park/swimming pool. This means that hotel guests must dispose of all waste in the waste bins provided and clearly marked. Only the marked paths of the hotel may be walked. Please respect the fences, plants, flowers and flowerbeds.
Article 17 - HYGIENIC SERVICES
In the Plopsa Hotel, toilets are clearly marked. It is forbidden to do his/her sanitary needs in places not intended for that purpose.
Babies and small children should be cared for in the designated and clearly marked areas.
It is forbidden to throw objects into the toilets. Sanitary towels, nappies, nappy wipes and the like must be disposed of in the sanitary bins.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the toilets and washrooms. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited in these areas.
It is forbidden to bring persons of light morals into the Plopsa Hotel. Any form of prostitution is prohibited and will result in the removal of the person as well as the Hotel Guest.
Article 18 - SECURITY
In case of serious accidents or injuries, the emergency services should be notified immediately, as well as the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.
In the event of fire, the Hotel Guest shall immediately inform the reception of the Plopsa Hotel, which in turn will call the fire brigade (if necessary). Fire extinguishers are provided in the Plopsa Hotel, spread throughout the hotel in designated areas. In the event of fire, the directives of the Plopsa Hotel staff present or the security services must be strictly followed without discussion.
In case of evacuation of (part of) the Plopsa Hotel, re-entry into the Plopsa Hotel or the evacuated part of it is not allowed without the permission of the Plopsa Hotel staff and/or the fire brigade.
There is a maximum number of Hotel Guests for each room. For security reasons, no more Hotel Guests are allowed to stay in a room than notified at the time of booking.
To ensure the safety of all our Hotel guests, Plopsa Hotel staff must have access to each room once a day. If the Plopsa Hotel staff considers that additional access to the room is required, the room will be entered by the Hotel Manager.
Article 19 - SWIMMING
It is forbidden to swim or bathe in the ponds, water base or fountains of the Plopsa Hotel.
Swimming is only allowed in the Plopsaqua De Panne theme park during opening hours. It is forbidden to bring bathrobe, towels and/or slippers from the hotel rooms to Plopsaqua.
Article 20 - FOOD & BEVERAGE
The range of the various food and drink options, as well as retail prices, are listed in the menus of the respective bars or restaurant. No discussion and/or recourse is possible over the prices.
An overview of the ingredients used and composition of the dishes, with regard to allergens, can be requested in writing before the visit at info@plopsahotel.be. Further information can also be requested from the departmental manager on site at any time.
Meals and/or drinks that have been sold will neither be exchanged nor taken back. Once the meal and/or drink has been purchased, the purchaser renounces any discussion about it. In the event of a complaint about the meal, visitors must immediately report this to the Hotel Manager
Staff appointed by the Plopsa Hotel are responsible for the outlet where they are employed. Hotel guests must comply with the instructions given by the respective staff member.
Anyone guilty of (attempted) theft will be denied access to the Plopsa Hotel or will be thrown out. No discussion is possible about this. Compensation must be paid in addition to the value of the stolen goods. The Hotel Manager reserves the right to lodge complaints with the officially competent authorities to assert her rights to the stolen goods.
Reservations for the restaurant are made at the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.
Article 21 - CUSTOMS AND CHEESE MONEY
Plopsa Hotel may prohibit Hotel Guests from consuming food and/or drink brought in by themselves in the restaurants, bars or on the terrace. If the Plopsa Hotel permits the consumption of food and/or drink brought in by guests themselves, the Plopsa Hotel may attach conditions to their permitting, including the charging of Corkage and/or Kitchen Fees. Rates for this can be requested from the Hotel Manager.
Article 22 - ACCESS TO PLOPSALAND THE PANNE AND/OR PLOPSAQUA
Entry to Plopsaland De Panne and Plopsaqua De Panne is included in the price of an overnight stay at the Plopsa Hotel during selected periods, i.e. upon arrival on Saturday and during Belgian school holidays.
The park regulations of the above-mentioned parks can be accessed at www.plopsa.be.
Article 23 - PETS
Animals (with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs wearing official dog coats) are not allowed in the Plopsa Hotel. Assistance animals are NOT allowed near the buffet.
Article 24 - VALUABLE PROPERTY
Plopsa Hotel will not take custody of valuables/items, except as stated below. Plopsa Hotel is not liable for the loss or misappropriation of (valuables).
Each room is equipped with a safe on which Hotel guests can enter their own code.
Hotel guests who check into the Plopsa Hotel before having their room can drop off their luggage at the Plopsa Hotel reception. The luggage will be labelled and placed in the space provided.
Article 25 - LOST PROPERTY
Each Hotel guest is responsible for his/her belongings. Found objects should always be handed in at the reception of the Plopsa Hotel.
Plopsa Hotel cannot be held responsible for theft, damage or accident to or with the lost items.
Declaration of lost property should be made in writing, by email to customerservice.plopsahotel@plopsa.be or by post to PLOPSA HOTEL Attn: Customer Service, De Pannelaan 68, 8660 DE PANNE.
Recovered items can be collected from the reception of Plopsa Hotel after contacting Customer Service. If items need to be returned, this can be done on payment of the shipping, packaging and handling costs. The costs are entirely at the expense and risk of the Hotel Guest.
Lost property will be kept for a maximum of 2 months.
Article 26 - LOSS OF ROOM LOCK
If a room key is lost, an administrative fee of €5.00 per card will be charged.
Article 27 - MERCHANDISING
Want a nice souvenir of your stay at the Plopsa Hotel? All rooms have 'wrapped' souvenirs that you can take away for a fee. If the seal/sticker/packaging is violated, it will be charged. Open = Buy. Prices are clearly posted on the packaging. In the hotel lobby, you will find a more extensive range with plenty of nice things.
Article 28 - MINIBAR & SNACKS
All rooms are equipped with a minibar. If your in-room minibar has drinks, it means it is included the overnight stay. In-room snacks are exclusive unless otherwise posted in the room.
Article 29 - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGE MATERIAL
For all information regarding the processing of personal data of visitors to the Plopsa Hotel, please refer to the privacy statement on the Plopsa Hotel website.
It is possible that during a visit to the Plopsa Hotel, photographs may be taken or recordings may be made (with cameras other than the security cameras - see below) which may later be used in communications from the Plopsa Hotel. These images will in principle be non-targeted. Only with the consent of the Hotel Guest in question - which may be implicit when posing for a photo or recording - will targeted images be taken. The usage rights of this image material belong to Plopsa Hotel, consequently this material can be used by Plopsa Hotel without any restriction.
Hotel guests who do not want photos/images to be used should expressly make this known to the reception of the Plopsa Hotel Such opposition will not impact the images taken by security cameras.
Images taken by visitors in hotels may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unless prior written and express consent has been given here.
Both in the Plopsa Hotel and in the car parks, images are taken by security cameras. This is to protect the property of Hotel guests. The rights of use of this footage belong to Plopsa Hotel, which means that this material can be used by Plopsa Hotel without any restrictions. Applicable legislation will of course be complied with.
Article 30 - COMPLAINTS
In case of a complaint, the Hotel Guest should contact the Hotel Manager on the spot and directly. Any complaint about the quality of services enjoyed should be formulated within 7 days of delivery, via mail at customerservice.plopsahotel@plopsa.be
Article 31 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
In the event of any dispute, the courts of Veurne shall have sole jurisdiction.
Belgian law shall apply to any disputes.
